The event will be held at Sanctus Ranch which is A Retreat Center of Spiritual Retreat Foundation (SRF). As a non-profit 501(c)3 public charity, SRF provides world-class retreat facilities and programs that allow people to “retreat from the world” and deepen their relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.

SPONSORSHIP DESCRIPTION

Spiritual Retreat Foundation is working diligently to secure sponsorship opportunities that will help support Retreat to Bethlehem to be held December 10, 17, 22 & 23, 2022. All donations may be tax deductible and will help to support this great community experience.

We plan to have over 2,000 people attend this inaugural event. To provide you with a better understanding of the number of benefits afforded with this sponsorship opportunity, please take a moment to review the lists of opportunities and benefits your business/organization will receive in exchange for your sponsorship.

SPONSORSHIP TIERS

Family VIP Priority Sponsor Tickets allow preferred admission to the event including parent(s) and immediate children under 21 years old. We support BIG families!

Personal Sponsorship Tier: For a sponsorship of $150 your name will be in our event program and you will receive (1) Family VIP Priority Sponsor Ticket. This ticket will make sure you can see the show when you want!

Bronze Sponsorship Tier: For a sponsorship of $500 your name will be in our event program and on the banner of all our donors and sponsors. You will also receive (3) Family VIP Priority Sponsor Tickets that guarantee you and friends can see the show when you want!

Silver Sponsorship Tier: For a sponsorship of $1,000 you will receive your name/logo on our event program, banner, and the posters we distribute to the community. We will also place you on our ‘Retreat to Bethlehem’ website & social media sites. You will also receive (7) Family VIP Priority Sponsor Tickets.

Gold Sponsorship Tier: For a sponsorship of $2,500 you will receive your name/logo on our event program, banner, and the posters we distribute to the community. We will also place you on our ‘Retreat to Bethlehem’ website & social media sites. You will also receive (12) Family VIP Priority Sponsor Tickets.

Platinum Sponsorship Tier: For a sponsorship of $5,000 and above, we will add you to our Platinum Partners Club! You will receive a commemorative Christmas Ornament, and we will put your name/logo on all the flyers, posters, mailers, and Event programs for the ‘Retreat to Bethlehem’ this year. We will also add your name/logo to our Partners section of our website at www.tobethlehem.org and social media sites. This slot is reserved for our most generous donors and close friends of Spiritual Retreat Foundation & Sanctus Ranch. We will also put your logo, and branding at the social gathering area so that all the people who walk through will see your sponsorship. You will also receive (20) Family VIP Priority Sponsor Tickets.
